1. General provisions

1.1. These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern the use of the website of the Ozernaya 38 holiday cottages (the “Website”), which is owned by Self-employed (NPD taxpayer) Glazov V. A., Taxpayer ID (INN) 780439424609 (the “Owner”).

1.2. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read the Terms and accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

2. Subject matter

The Website provides information about the holiday cottages, the houses, the surroundings and the services; it lets you contact the Owner and proceed to online booking (through the embedded Bnovo module). The Website is provided free of charge, on an “as is” basis.

3. Information on the Website

3.1. Descriptions, photographs and other information are for reference only. The Owner strives to keep them accurate and up to date but does not guarantee that they are free of inaccuracies and may change them without notice.

3.2. The price of a stay, availability of dates and booking conditions are determined in the booking module at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation. The terms of the accommodation services contract are set out in the Public Offer.

3.3. Reviews shown on the Website are taken from a public source — Yandex Maps — and express the opinions of their authors.

4. User rights and obligations

• to use the Website only for lawful purposes and in ways that do not infringe the rights of third parties;
• not to take actions that disrupt the Website: overloading it, attempting unauthorised access or introducing malicious code;
• not to use software tools for mass automated copying of the Website’s content;
• to provide accurate information when contacting the Owner and making a booking.

5. Intellectual property

5.1. The texts, photographs, logo, design and other materials of the Website are the intellectual property of the Owner or are used on a lawful basis, and are protected by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5.2. Copying, distributing, adapting or otherwise using the Website’s materials without the Owner’s written consent is prohibited, except for personal non-commercial use.

6. Third-party services and links

The Website contains links to third-party resources and embedded services (including Bnovo and Yandex Maps). The Owner does not control their operation or content and is not responsible for them; their use is governed by the rules of the respective services.

7. Limitation of liability

7.1. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Website and is not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical reasons or the actions of third parties, or for losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website — to the extent permitted by law.

7.2. These Terms do not limit consumer rights established by the legislation of the Russian Federation, including the Law “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

8. Personal data

Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law and disputes

9.1. The Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. The parties will try to resolve disputes through negotiation; send claims to oderjimny@yandex.ru.

9.2. If no agreement is reached, the dispute is heard by a court in the manner established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

10. Changes to the Terms

The Owner may amend the Terms. A new version takes effect once published on this page unless stated otherwise.
