Consent to Personal Data Processing

I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, consent to the processing of my personal data by the operator — Self-employed (NPD taxpayer) Glazov V. A., Taxpayer ID (INN) 780439424609 (the “Operator”) — on the terms set out below.

1. List of personal data

• surname, first name and patronymic (if any);
• phone number and email address;
• booking details: check-in and check-out dates, the chosen house, number of guests, requests;
• the content of my messages to the Operator;
• details of an identity document — only if the law requires them to be provided when registering a stay.

2. Purposes of processing

• making, confirming, changing and fulfilling a booking and the accommodation services contract;
• contacting me about the booking and my stay, and answering my enquiries;
• settlements and record-keeping in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Actions with personal data

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access) in the cases listed in section 4, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation tools.

4. Disclosure to third parties

I agree to my data being passed to the operator of the Bnovo online booking service to the extent necessary for the booking module to work, and to its being provided to public authorities in the cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. Validity and withdrawal of consent

This consent is valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw my consent by sending the Operator a written request to oderjimny@yandex.ru. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except where the law requires the data to be kept (for example, accounting documents).

6. How consent is given

Consent is deemed given when I make a booking through the booking module on the Website, when I contact the Operator by phone or email and provide my data, or by another action that clearly expresses consent. See the Privacy Policy for more on how data is processed.
